Canon was inspired by the idea of contributing to the standard of excellence in the Central Florida Coffee scene. But beyond serving delicious drinks, pastries, and sandwiches, our mission from the beginning was to create and foster an inviting space for the community in the heart of historic downtown Apopka. These things make Canon the unique meeting spot we all love. We hope to see you soon!
